1. What does REMS mean?
A. REMS stands for Remote Employee Management System, which enables
individuals and firms to remotely search for, interview, hire and manage
employees at our Offshore Development Center(s) [ODC].

2. What does the REMS service cost?
A. Pricing for using REMS varies depending on location and
qualifications of the employee. On average, individuals hired through REMS cost
60% less than those in the US and Western Europe. Contact us for more specific

3. Who pays my employee?
A. Verticity charges our clients a flat monthly fee for managing the
REMS employee. All employee costs are paid by Verticity, including the
individual's salary and benefits.

4. Do I have any overhead cost?
A. No. Verticity covers all overhead costs required in setting up a
offshore office.

5. Are there any additional costs?
A. Verticity provides office space, a personal computer and high speed
Internet access. Any unique hardware and software needs will be billed to the
Employer. This should be discussed prior to starting any REMS contract.

6. Where are REMS employees and offices located?
A. REMS has highly skilled employees currently located in NY and
Pakistan. REMS ODC facilities will be soon opening in other countries and we
welcome client feedback and suggestion.

7. How long does it take to hire an employee?
A. The average time to hire an employee is three weeks. If the employee
is available and already working at our ODC, time is reduced significantly.

8. How long do I have to hire the employee for?
A. The minimum amount of time that an employee can be hired is for
three months. If an Employer needs work done that will require less time,
Verticity's other services will be able to fulfill their requirements. We do
offer month by month contracts under special circumstances.

9. Who manages my employee?
A. Verticity's onsite managers correspond with and interact with the
Employer, and manage the employee onsite up to a certain level.. For larger
projects, clients can choose to hire a team leader, as well as an onsite
project manager.

10. Does Verticity.com guarantee the work of my
employees?
A. Verticity will work with you every step of the way to ensure quality
and service is met. We can not provide a formal gaurantee--but will do all we
can to make sure our clients are satisfied.

11. Will there be a language barrier?
A. All of our employees speak and write fluent English and is required
by any individual applying for a position at our firm.

12. Are we required to meet the employee in person?
A. No, everything can be done offshore through the Internet. You do
have the opportunity to meet your account rep, or a project manager at our New
York City office if you'd like.

13. Do I have access to the qualifications, previous
work experience, and education certification of the employee?
A. Yes. Our employees provide full details and documents of their
education and prior work experience. You may view as many resumes as available
and interview all the candidates you are interested in.

14. What is the limit on the number of employees I
can hire?
A. There is no limit.

15. Is there a listing of the current number of
professionals available in each of their fields or work?
A. Yes. Once you register and login to the career portion of our
website, you may search the employee database by the criteria you specify. We
do advise you to contact a Verticity Account Rep as they can better tell you
who is available and when. Verticity Reps also have the most updated
information and status of employee interviews--so it will make your search time
less grueling and time consuming.
